This Privacy Policy explains how Hotel Lobby AI handles personal information when you visit https://hotellobby-ai.video, create an account, or use our AI video service. In this policy, "we" refers to the operator of the service under the Hotel Lobby AI brand. For privacy requests, contact support@hotellobby-ai.video.
We do not request precise location data. Please do not upload photos or other content that you lack the right to provide.
We use this information to create and secure accounts; process uploaded photos and generate videos; check content against safety rules; manage credits and, when available, purchases; answer support requests; send essential account, security, and service messages; send a newsletter if you subscribe; measure and improve website performance; and meet applicable legal obligations.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, providing the service and processing purchases generally rely on performance of a contract; security and support may rely on legitimate interests; and compliance may rely on legal obligations. Other activities, including analytics, may require additional choices or safeguards depending on your location.
To deliver a generation request, we may send photos, intermediate images, prompts, and resulting media to Kie.ai, which provides the nano-banana-2-1 image model and minimax-h3/reference-to-video video model. We use SeeAPI for image and video content checks and Waffo Pancake Prompt Sift for prompt checks. Temporary media used for those checks may be made accessible to the relevant provider during processing.
We use Cloudflare R2 for media storage, a database hosting provider for account and task records, Resend for service emails and optional newsletters, Google for optional sign-in and Google Analytics, and Microsoft Clarity for website analytics. Cloudflare Turnstile may process browser and network information when the security challenge is enabled. One-time credit purchases are planned to use Waffo Pancake; payment-card details will be entered with the payment provider when checkout opens.
We share information needed for these functions. Providers may also process information under their own terms and privacy notices. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect users and the service. We do not offer personal information for sale.
We use cookies or similar storage for sign-in sessions, security, language, and display preferences. In production, we also use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand visits and interactions. Clarity can collect clicks, scrolling, page behavior, heatmaps, and session replays. These providers may set cookies or receive device and browser information. See the Google Privacy Policy and Microsoft Privacy Statement for their practices.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser. Blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in or other functions from working. We do not currently provide an in-site cookie preference center. For more information, see our Cookie Policy.
Registering does not automatically subscribe you to our newsletter. If you choose to subscribe in account settings, we use Resend to maintain your subscription and send updates. You can unsubscribe in account settings or by contacting support@hotellobby-ai.video. Unsubscribing does not stop necessary verification, account, security, or purchase-related emails.

Account settings allow you to delete your account. Deleting the account does not currently trigger automatic deletion of completed video files or all generation task records. To request deletion of those items or ask about a specific record, email us before or after account deletion. We will assess the request and any legal or operational reason for retaining information.
We use HTTPS for data in transit, password hashing for email-password accounts, access controls for account and task data, and private storage for task media. Some temporary copies must be accessible to content-safety providers. No security measure eliminates every risk. If a security incident affects your information, we will notify affected people and authorities when applicable law requires it.
Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of your personal information; object to certain processing; withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; or complain to a relevant data-protection authority. You can change some account information and request account deletion in account settings. Send other requests to support@hotellobby-ai.video. We may need to verify your identity and will respond within the period required by applicable law.
Our service providers may process information outside your country. The locations and legal safeguards depend on the provider and your location. We will handle international transfers in accordance with applicable law; contact us if you need information about a particular transfer.
The service is for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided information to us, contact us so we can investigate and remove it where appropriate.

We may update this policy and will change the "Last updated" date above. For material changes, we will give notice through the service or by email at least 14 days before they take effect, unless a shorter period is required for security or legal reasons.
