This Cookie Policy explains how Hotel Lobby AI uses cookies and similar browser storage at https://hotellobby-ai.video. It should be read with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. In this policy, "we" refers to the operator of the service under the Hotel Lobby AI brand.
Cookies are small files that a website or service provider can store in your browser. We also use browser local storage, which remembers a setting on your device but is not a cookie. The examples below may vary with your browser, the pages you visit, and which third-party services are enabled.
Better Auth uses cookies to keep you signed in and to complete sign-in flows, including Google sign-in. Its session token can last up to seven days and may be renewed while you use the service. Its signed session-data cache is configured for one hour. If Cloudflare Turnstile is enabled on a sign-in or registration page, Cloudflare may also use browser storage or security identifiers to assess the request. Blocking essential cookies can prevent sign-in and account features from working.

In production, we use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand visits and improve the website. These tools may receive browser and device information, page views, clicks, scrolling, and other interactions. Clarity may produce heatmaps and session replays, as described in our Privacy Policy.

See Google's GA4 cookie documentation and Microsoft's Clarity cookie documentation for current provider details. We do not use Google Ads, remarketing, or personalized advertising on this website. Microsoft's documentation says some of its own identifiers may also support advertising on Microsoft services; this does not mean we run a personalized advertising campaign.
Plausible Analytics is integrated. Its script loads in production when the Plausible domain and script are configured. Plausible's standard service measures page views and events without setting cookies or using browser local storage; see its data policy. This does not change the Google Analytics and Clarity practices described above.
We do not currently provide an in-site cookie banner or preference center. You can delete or block cookies using your browser settings or its tracking-protection features. Clearing preference storage may reset your language, theme, or sidebar choices. Blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in. Blocking cookies alone may not stop every analytics request or similar technology.
Google Analytics and Clarity are loaded in production when their project identifiers are configured; the current website does not wait for an in-site analytics choice before loading them. If you have a question about these tools or want to make a privacy request, email support@hotellobby-ai.video.
We may update this policy and will change the "Last updated" date above. For material changes, we will give notice through the service or by email at least 14 days before they take effect, unless a shorter period is required for security or legal reasons.
